Job Duties

Basic understandings of business operations of the clients and work closely with clients to obtain necessary data & information to prepare management accounts and other reports;

Provide accounting and bookkeeping services to clients;

Prepare management accounts for clients;

Prepare other accounting related reports for clients as necessary.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or related discipline;

Ability to work independently and deal with competing deadlines;

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;

At least 5 years solid working experience in accounting preferably gained in a professional firm;

Experience in dealing with foreign clients is an advantage;

Knowledge of accounting software (especially MYOB and Xero) will be advantageous;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;

Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus;

Student member/member of HKICPA or other recognisable professional accounting bodies is a plus.

Candidates with higher qualification and experience will also be considered for the post of manager or assistant manager.
